HESER d.o.o. has been designing, manufacturing, installing, servicing and engineering signalling and telecommunications equipment for the Slovenian Railways and for railways of South Eastern Europe.

Our product range consists of a large number of products, from electrical light signals such as main, shunt, track lock and distant signals, signal repeaters in different configurations, signal gantries, level crossing signals and barriers, signal boards for main signals, additional signals (indicators), point machine rods and supports, derailers, to components of control tables, signalling device diagnostic systems, etc.

The appropriate technical documentation and certificates required in accordance with the strict railway regulations for installing equipment on the public railway infrastructure are available for all our products.

Our service program, which is partly carried out in cooperation with our partners, covers everything from engineering, design and construction to the assembly of signalling and telecommunications equipment.

By streamlining our services and product lines we are able to provide “turnkey” solutions to meet clients' requirements, thereby fulfilling the main objectives of providing quality services, maximising customer satisfaction and improving the safety of rail traffic as well as the safety of road traffic on level crossings where both transport systems intersect.

We have equipped a number of level crossings on both main and regional lines as well as on industrial tracks of the Slovenian Railways with automatic level crossing systems, including the first electronic level crossing system, which was also the first electronic signalling system on the Slovenian Railways. At Kamnik railway station, we installed a complete relay interlocking system including the telecom connections and also equipped five level crossings within the station’s perimeter. We also supplied most of the trackside equipment for the modernisation project on the Ljubljana - Sežana line and for the construction of a new railway line to Hungary. We have renovated the primary brakes at the Zalog marshalling yard and disassembled and then reassembled the entire interlocking system during the replacement of the old brakes with new ones.

Our product range for the Croatian Railways offered through our company corresponds to the product range on the Slovenian market. In cooperation with local companies our product range for the Croatian Railways includes solutions for the construction of level crossings and other systems.

We also supply products from our own product range as well as from the product ranges of our foreign partners to the Slovenian Railways for regular and major maintenance works on the public railway infrastructure.
